Chipside Lancashire is the name given to the partnership between Preston City Council, Pendle Borough Council, West Lancashire Borough Council, Fylde Borough Council, Hyndburn Borough Council, Chorley Borough Council, Ribble Valley Borough Council and Burnley Borough Council who enforce and administrate civil parking enforcement on car parks (off street) in their respective districts.
